Periodic Inspection & Testing

A periodic Inspection is a legislative requirement for all commercial property. A periodic inspection is also a legislative requirement for rented property. The Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 specifically states that the landlord is to ensure the electrical installation is safe when a tennacy begins and that it is maintained throughout the tenancy.

The purpose of periodic inspection and testing is to determine whether an installation is satisfactory for continued service.

A Periodic Inspection will give peace of mind and provide written evidence, that you've taken all reasonable precautions in the in the event of an electrical accident or fire.
