Periodic Inspection & Testing

A periodic inspection is a legislative requirement for rented property. The Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 specifically states that the landlord is to ensure the electrical installation is safe when a tennacy begins and that it is maintained throughout the tenancy.

The purpose of periodic inspection and testing is to determine whether an installation is satisfactory for continued service.
